Weeding Women standards are what set us apart from the rest. After 21 years in business we know what our clients want and we are committed to maintaining those standards. This position requires you to train new and existing gardeners to perform their work to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients. It is a hands-on position for an energetic and positive person and you will have the opportunity to inspire those in our team to be the best they can be.

A minimum of Cert. 3 in Horticulture is required. It is a casual position with very good conditions. As our Franchise Network grows it will become a Full Time position for the right candidate.

Weeding Women’s 20th Birthday

On 16th September 2009 we turned 20. Wow! Where did the years go! In one way it seems like yesterday when we were operating from a garage/office in 1989; and it some ways it seems so long ago because of all the highs and lows, all the lessons learnt, all the gardens we’ve transformed, all the gardeners we’ve trained and worked with, but mainly all the fun we’ve had!
