Weeding Women has been in business for over 30 years. We are proudly a WA born and bred company (you can read more about us HERE). We have been very lucky to look after the gardens of thousands of Perth families and businesses and are very proud to have employed hundreds of gardeners from all walks of life – including university and TAFE students; men and women keen to stay fit and active; horticulturalists; and simply people who love to garden!
What we have learnt over the years is that unless you are passionate about gardening, this is not the job for you. It is very different to “home gardening” where time is not an issue and if it’s hot, you can leave the work for another day. Our clients expect an exceptional and efficient service and we’re committed to maintaining that high standard.

The start time is 7:00am. A working day is usually between 5 and 7 hours of gardening time.
You will be provided with the appropriate uniform, including hat and shirt. Tools and safety gear are provided on the job, however you will be required to provide your own secateurs, long handled loppers and shears.
