It doesn’t matter to us if you’ve never worked as a professional gardener before. What’s important is that you are passionate about gardening.
This is a casual position. The days that you work are flexible, but a minimum of 3 days per week is required. There are approximately 6-7 gardening hours per day and we start early in the summer months, sometimes as early as 5.30am but more often 6.30-7.00am. It may take some time to work up to 30-35 hours per week (working 5 days) and will depend on your stamina and training requirements.
You will need your own, reliable car for this position.
